Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (for example, by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard cost of delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

 

Personalized and Custom-Made Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.

This applies, in particular, to Studio James products that are individually made or permanently personalized according to your specifications, such as products embossed with your individually selected text.

Your statutory rights in relation to defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.
